NORTHERN STATES P0 ITER CQ4PANY, MONTICELLO NUCLEAR GENERATING PLANI, DOCKET No. 50-263 j
Mr. Al Ward of Northern States Power Company called this morning and infomed me that-the first parts of the Monticello pressure vessel had been-received at the site. They are the Dollar Plate and the
-Knuckle Ring. They expect-to heat treat these parts on this weekend (November 18, 19); vill begin the fit-up on November 20 and do the-initial welding on' November 21.
Al agreed to keep me infomed periodically of the progress of the -
assembling of the pressure vessel.
I told him that personnel from DRL may visit the-. site some time-during the-construction of the g
pressure vessel.
