Dear Sir:
The NRC was notified of the subject Deficiency Evaluation in the referenced telephone conversation. A determination of reportability was to be made within thirty (30) days (May 1, 1985).
The deficiency has subsequently been determined to be Not Reportable under the requirements of 10CFR50.55(e), therefore, no written report is required. The necessary documentation of the evaluation will be retained in ANPP files.
