Enclosed is an addendum to Inspection Report Nos. 50-440/85008; 50-441/85006
transmitted by our letter dated March 1, 1985. The addendum consists of a
Confirmatory Measurements Program sheet comparing your results of analyses,
reported in your letter dated June 18, 1985, of the beta and gamma emitters in
a spiked liquid sample provided to you by the NRC Reference Laboratory. All
results were in agreement with the known concentrations. This closes out Open
Item 50-440/85008-03; 50-441/85006-03.
Please attach the addendum to your of copy of the inspection report.
