Since a 100% power license was issued on February 14,1985, for Byton Unit No.1 the review for this unit is subject to the license amenhent fee requirements of 10 CFR 170.22 of the March 23,1978 regulations. The ONRR staff has informed us that review of the May 2 application for Byron Unit No. 2 and Braidwood Unit Nos. I and 2 will be included in the license review for those plants.
