Dear Mr. Farrar:
This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated May 24, 1985 which transmitted changes, identified as Revision 21, to the "LaSalle Station Security Plan," under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
We have reviewed the submitted changes and have determined that, except for those changes reconfiguring existing vital areas, they are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan.
These changes are, therefore, acceptable.
The changes to Sections 5.3 and 5.4 are being forwarded to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation for review and response since they involved the reconfiguration of existing vital areas.
The enclosures to your letter contain Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and are being withheld from public disclosure.
