1his is in response to your letter of June Ib,1975 indicating that you felt that additional time beyond July 9,1975 was required for you to submit the ovaluation of LCCS perfornanco required by tho order of Modification of License issued Decenher 27, 1974. You indicate that you have received the evaluations from your reactor vendor and are in the process of reviewing the material for submittal to NRC. You indicate that to complete your internal review cay require a 22-uay extension beyond July 9,1975.
You should sutait by July 9,1975, the information and analysis you have with respect to LCCd perforunco.
You raay, of course, supplement your July 9,1975 sulmittal with such additional information as you believo necessary including the results of your internal review. We would expect that additional supplemental information may be required uuring the course of our review.
Until we have completed our evaluation of your submittal and any appropriate technical specification changes or other license amendments have been implemented, the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant shall be operated in accordance with the restrictions set forth in the Comission's Order of Modification of License dated December 27, 1974.
