A routine inspection was conducted by Mr.
J.
R. White and others of this
office on March 1-2, and 26-29,1985, at Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit
2, of activities authorized by NRC License' No. OPR-65.
Discussions of our
findings were held by Mr. J. R. White with Mr. E. J. Mroczka of your staff at
the-conclusion of the inspection.
The purpose of this inspection was to review the implementation of the radio-
logical controls program during outage conditions.
Within these . areas, the
inspection consisted of~ selective. examinations of procedures and representative
records, interviews with personnel, measurements made by the inspector, and
observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
