This confirms our plans as discussed on May 10, 1985, between Mr.' L. R. Eliason of your staff and Mr. J. Streeter of Region III to conduct a meeting with you and members of your staff at 10:00 a.m. (CDT) on June 12, 1985, at the NRC Region III office, in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
The subjects of this meeting will be the recent requalification exam results and a presentation by your staff of an overview of actions _taken by you in response to our concern of personnel errors that occurred last year.
