This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. R. E. Oller of this office on April 9-12, 1985, of your facility at Dallas, Texas, and to the discus-sions of_our findings with you and members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
.This inspection was made as a result of an allegation concerning deficien-cies in the implementation of your QA program as it relates to services provided to nuclear power plants.
Areas examined during the inspection and our findings are discussed in the enclosed report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of an exami-nation of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, we found no instance where you failed to meet NRC requirements.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosed inspection report will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
