Dear Mr. Dhein:
We have retfewed your application for a senior operator license,e-dated September 20, 1977. We find we need additional information in order to detemine your eligibility to be administered an examination.
That section of your application that addresses the training you have received is identical to the information contained in your previous application, dated April 18, 1977, which was' denied. SEction 55.12 of 10 CFR Part 55 requires that reapplications state, in detail, the extend of additional training which the applicant has received. -To assist in the retraining, your denial letter enumerated those areas of the examination in which you exhibited deficiencies.
Please have your facility managenent submit the details of_ the training you have received in those areas in which you were deficient.
