On 14ovember 4,1992, a public meeting was held in Rockville, Maryland, to discuss the pressurizer surge line lenk bef ore-break (LBB) analysis methodology.
During the meeting, material was distributed which contained proprietary information.
In Reference (2) the 14RC noted that a non-proprietary version of the information would be provided by TV Electric Company and placed in the Public Document Room, request, the following material is enclosed:
