The unit operated at or near 100% full power until 12/3 at 0950 whon the unit commenced a load decrease. The unit hold at 78% power frorn 1503 to 1935 for a control valve movement test. The unit returned to 100% on 12/4 at 0135. Tho unit operated at or noar 100% full power for the romainder of the month.
