Continental does have the referanced Approval Number 0727, Quality Assurance Program Approval Certificate.
Continental, however, does not receive any goods or services from the NRC under this certificate.
Continental objects to being billed almost $1700.00 dollars by the NRC-under the above circumstances.

There can be no reason for this billing.
No service has been received or rendered by the NRC to Continental.
This bill should be cancelled.
