This is in response to your [[letter::05000275/LER-1985-001, :on 850102,while in Mode 1,low Flow in RCS Initiated Reactor Trip.Caused by Turbine Overspeed Protection Controller Sys Solenoid Valve Failure.Valve Replaced|letter dated February 1,1985]], in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, co?ies of all agency records relevant to and/or generated in connection with the February 29, 1984, Vendor Inspection Branch Report Number 99900840/83-01 on the Cardinal Industrial Products Corporation that mention the Diablo Canyon nuclear power plant.
The enclosed Appendix A identifies documents which are being made available for your inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR), 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555. The documents will be filed in PDR folder F01A-85-81 under your name. The enclosed Appendix B identifies documents which NRC had already made publicly available at the PDR.
