Sump.on July ~ 18,-1984.
The MWRC letter of notification was sent July 25, 1984, but a letter to the NRC was inadvertently missed.
This report is required by Amendment No. 54 to Facility Operating License-No. DPR-58 and Amendment No. 40 to Facility Operating License.No. DPR,74 dated May 6, 1982.

Dear Mr. Zugger:
A continuously measuring pH meter,whicn permits pump-out of the plant's turbine room sump when pH of the contents are within permit limits, was disabled and declared inoperable at 0900 hours0.0104 days <br />0.25 hours <br />0.00149 weeks <br />3.4245e-4 months <br />, July 18, 1984. While repairs were being made, the automatic feature was isolated and pump-out was initiated only after manual pH sampling indicated the sump to be within permit limits.
The meter was returned to service at 2205 hours0.0255 days <br />0.613 hours <br />0.00365 weeks <br />8.390025e-4 months <br />, July 19, 1984.
