Enclosed is a copy of the Environmental Assessment and findings of No Significant Impact which relates to your submittal hi ' May 1,1992, requesting an exemption from the requirements of Apge x J in regard to performing Type C tests on the containment isolation valve (check valve CH-198) associated with the charging pump discharge header (penetration M-3).
The assessment has been forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
