We have received a copy of your application dated February 8,1985, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review. This application transmitted an updated Safety Evaluation Report for the Reactor Building Decontamination and Dose Reduction Activities for the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station Unit No. 2.
Fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170, as revised June 20,1984, were not remitted
.dth your application. This revised rule requires licensees to remit an application fee of $150 with each application for license amendment, relief, exemption and other request. Therefore, it is requested that your Corporation remit the required application fee of $150 for your February 8 request. Your Corporation will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your application in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c)and170.21.
