\\..v Transportation Certification Branch Approval Record Model No. AI 500 SU Package Docket No. 71-9006 By application dated fiarch 20, 1985, as supplemented April 19, 1985, Tech / Ops, Inc. requested renewal of Certificate.of Compliance No. 9006.

This Certificate of Compliance was originally issued on the basis of an application prepared by Automation Industries, Inc. Tech / Ops, Inc. has acquired the gamma radiography equipment business from Automation Industries, Inc. as disclosed in Automation Industries letter of November. 16, 1984.

Tech / Ops has submitted a consolidated application which incorporates the original application and all pertinent supplement infprmation in support of their request for renewal of the certificate.

Tech / Ops, Inc. has prepared a set of packaging drawings which replace the previously referenced Automation Industries, Inc. drawings. The consolidated application and packaging drawings were reviewed and a determination-made that all' pertinent information as given in the original application as supple-nented ^and the packaging drawings has been incorporated into the consolidated j>

application.

Based on the staff's findings as reported in the Safety Evaluation Report dated flovember 15, 1973 and Addendum No. I dated February 4,1974 and the consolidated safety analysis report as supplemented, the staff concludes that the requirement for renewal of the Certificate of Compliance has been satisfied,
