Dear Mr. Baker:
This refers to the safety inspection conducted by Mr. D. R. Gibbons of this office on December 18, 1992. The inspection included a review of activities at the Isomedix Corporation located at 4405 Marketing Place Groveport, Ohio,-
authorized under the general license pursuant to 10 CFR 150.20.
At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed with those individuals identified in the enclosed report.
The enclosed copy of our inspection report identifies areas examined during the inspection. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of a selective examination of procedures and representative records, observations, independent measurements, and interviews with personnel.
No violations of NRC requirements were identified during the course of this inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosed inspection report will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room-.
