This issue relates to the allowable bypass leakage via the vacuum breakers between the drywell and the wetwell air space region. The concern deals with the lack of test accept *ance criteria for the set points of the position indi-cation switches that are mounted on the drywell-to-suppression chamber vacuum breakers.
Provided as the Enclosure to this memorandum is the Safety Evalu-ation provided by NRR.
