Reference:
Memorandum for D. Eisenhut from R. Starostecki, "Susquehanna Steam Electric Station, Units 1 A 2, Vacuum Areaker Valve Position Indi-cation," dated May 29, 1984 In the referenced memorandum, Region I requested an assessment b regulatory position set forth in the Standard Review Plan (SRP) y NRR of the 6.2.1.1.C.
This issue relates to the allowable bypass leakage via the vacuum breakers between the drywell and the wetwell air space region. The concern deals with the lack of test accept *ance criteria for the set points of the position indi-cation switches that are mounted on the drywell-to-suppression chamber vacuum breakers. Provided as the Enclosure to this memorandum is the Safety Evalu-ation provided by NRR.
