On December 22, 1992, the NRC issued Bulletin 90-01 Supplement 1, " LOSS OF FILL-Oll IN TRANSMITTERS MANUFACTURED BY ROSEMOUNT."
In response to the bulletin, TU Electric submits the following.
Unit 2 is a NTOL unit under construction that must confirm, prior to the date scheduled for fuel load, that the actions required by the bulletin have been completed.
The supplement requests holders of construction permits to:
1.
Review plant records and identify any Rosemount transmitters series 1153 B, 1153 0, or 1154 that were manufactured before July 11, 1989, and that are or may in the future be used in safety-related systems or systems installed in accordance with 10 CFR 50.62.
In response, TU Electric provides that all Unit 2 transmitters currently installed, or in spares that may in the future be installed, are either of post July 11, 1989, manufacture or are refurbished with sensing elements that were manufactured after the July 11, 1989, date.

Evaluate the enhanced surveillance program used to monitor the transmitters under surveillance.
As none of the Unit 2 transmitters are required to be monitored for loss of fill oil, Unit 2 does not have an enhanced surveillance program.
TV Electric's CPSES Unit 1 is an operating plant that will respond to the requirements in the supplement within the 60 days allowed by the bulletin.
