DRAFT RECOMMENDATIONS TO EDO CONCERNING WHETHER AND HOW TO CONTINUE WITH ONGOING RULEMAKING SPONSORED BY RES Enclosed for your consideration are draft recommendations supported by a draft office review concerning whether and how to continue periodic amendments to 10 CFR 50.55a, Codes and Standards, for which your office is identified as the user office.
This memorandum constitutes my concurrence in the enclosed draft recommendations.
I plan to dispatch this memorandum with the enclosed draft recommendations to the Director, RES, two weeks from the above date.
