SUBJECT:

" MILLSTONE 1 ECCS ANALYSIS WITH OR WITHOUT FEEDWATER COOLANT INJECTION FAILURE" The memorandum dated June 1, 1992, incorrectly identified the date for the memorandum from S. Varga to A. Thadani as May 19, 1992, the actual date was May 13, 1992.

This change is necessary to avoid confusion.
