REFINANCING OF SALE AND LEASEBACK TRANSACTIONS By letters dated November 3, and November 30, 1992, the NRC was informed, pursuant to the provisions of 12.B.(7) of the Beaver Valley Power-Station, Unit No. 2 Facility Operating License, of certain amendments to the facility leases. These letters were submitted by David R. Lewis, Esq., of the firm of Shaw, Pittman, Potts, & Trowbridge. The referenced letters provided only a brief general description of the amendments. We request that the amendments to the facility leases be provided so that we may review these matters further.
This requirement affects one respondent and, therefore, is not subject to Office of Management and Budget review under P.L.96-511.
