INTERIM SAFETY EVALUATION ON THE PROCEDURES GENERATION PACKAGE Re:
James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant Your letter dated June 30, 1983 transmitted the Procedures Generation Package (PGP) for Emergency Operating Procedures for the FitzPatrick facility. We have reviewed the PGP in accordance with Generic Letter 82-33, " Supplement I to NUREG-0737." Our review was based on NUREG-0899,
" Guidelines for the Preparation of Emergency Operating Procedures." The enclosed Interim Safety Evaluation summarizes the results of the review to date and identifies those items which must be addressed in order for our review to be completed.
We request that you submit a revised PGP addressing the items delineated in the Interim Safety Evaluation within 90 days from the date of this letter.
The reporting and/or recordkeeping requirements of this letter affect fewer than ten respondents; therefore, OMB clearance is not required under P.L.96-511.
