OPERATIONS NARRATIVE COOPER NUCLEAR STATION December 1992 Coopar Station operated at full power during December 1-12. ' Control rod adjustments were performed on December 13 and 14 at reduced power. Afte a flow ramp, the plant operated at full power from-December 15 *o 29.

lI On December 30, both Diesel Generators were declared inoperable due to seismic concerns with control circuits for associated breaker lockout -

relays. This placed the plant in a 24-hour LCO and a power. reduction-was initiated. At approximately 60% power one. diesel generator was y

declared operable, terminating the power reduction. After performing a rod adjustment and scram timing, the plant returned to 100% power, Cooper Station achieved a 98.7% capacity factor for the month of December.
