SUMMARY
REPORT Gentlemen:
This le'ter provides the Inservice Inspection (ISI) Special Report on the steam generator tube ISI for Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station's second refueling outage.
This report is being provided to you pursuant to CPSES Unit 1 Technical Specifications 4.0.6.Sa, 4.0.6.5b and 6.9.2.
Full length examinations of 3885 steam generator tubes were performed using multi-frequency bobbin coil techniques.
This represents 21.2% of the active (non-plugged) tubes in the four steam generators.
This sample included 7.8%
of all expanded tubes, as well as all tubes with previously detected indications, in compliance with Technical Specifications 4.0.6.2 and 4.0.6.2b respectively.
The following table _ identifies the number of tubes examined, tubes where indications exist and the thru-wall percentage of those indications.
