During 1992 there were no unplanned challences to the Main Steam Line $iafety/ Relief Valves at Hope Creek.
On November 9, 1992 during startup following Refuel Outage 4, all Main Steam Line Safety / Relief Valves were tested to ensure rel4 ability.of the SRVs and to comply with Technical Specification requirements for the ADS designated valves.
