Summary and Ccnclusion of Environmental Impact of Operation The environmental im:act assessment shall include the radiclogical

act to the general public resulting frcm the proposed action, and also f :m postulated accidents.

Individual dese and population dese up to a 5".-mile radius from the plant shall be assessed.

Non-radiological impact in.:lving the release of tcxic gases and liquid effluents from routine and accii;ntal releases shall be assessed.

The above will constitute the basis for determining the environmental impacts of the proposed acticns.

In addition, the cont-actor shall provide an analysis

It is expected that several contractor personnel will be requirec to spend up to one ',teek at the. facility.

At times to be designated by the NRC Froject Officer, the contractor will meet with the NRC in Silver Spring, Maryland, to discuss the problems, progress and technical aspects of the EIA.

Apprcximately three mastings are anticipated.' ~These meetings shall not exceed one day in duration.
