Dear Sir:
In Reference (c), we filed an interis 10CFR50.55(e) report regarding a deficiency associated with Gould, Inc., culti-pole circuit breakers. This deficiency involved the potential failure of all poles of the circuit breaker to close.
As stated in Reference (c), Could informed PSNH that they would replace any circuit breakers with the suspect date code or cissing date codes with current production circuit breakers. Suspect circuit breakers which have a safety-related application have now been replaced. Those which had nonsafety applications will be replaced within six conths.
