This letter will serve as a confirmation of, and a follow-up to', telephone conversations held with your Mr. Mark McBurnett ca April 30, 1985, and with Mr. McBurnett and four members of your security department on May 1,1985.
The purpose of the telephone conversations was to express our review conments relative to your March 1,1985, submittal titled, " South Texas Project Electric Generating Station-Units 1 and 2-Docket Nos. STN50-498, STN50-499,-
Interim Security Plan for Fdel Storage."
In essence, our review of the aforementioned Plan concluded that it was not responsive to the Nuclear Regulatory Comission's Regulatory Guide 5.59, Revision 1, February 1983, in either its content or format.
The referenced telephone conversations were beneficial in that Mr. McBurnett felt that a revised edition of your " Interim Security Plan for Fuel Storage" could be submitted within 45 working days after the receipt of this letter.'
