request. attached is a copy of the Regional Assistance Committee (RAC) -
from FEHA Region [I review of the ' draft New York State Radiological Emergency
- Preparedness (HEP) Plan including the Westchester County plan.
In summary.
the deficiencies in the Plan fell into three broad categories as listed in the RAC revLew menorendum of April 6.1981.
Our conclusione atated in my April 2.1981 meanrandum still stand.
Unless there is some unforeseen development. I do not expect to provide you any further information on May.15.
