Reference:
SLNRC 81-014 Dated March 16, 1981 The referenced letter for.Jarded to the NRC, a generic interim report concerning a potential discrepr.ncy in the design of SNUPPS standard power block pipe whip restraints.
It also indicated that a final report would be availabic by June 1st of this year.
Additional time is now anticipated in orc!er for the SNUPPS utilities to complete their review and eva2'uation of the outstanding concerns regarding the pipe whip restraints.
It is presently anticipated that a final generic response will be issued by July 1, 1981.
