The response to question #1 needs revision. The concera is the technient acceptability of the incorporation of Contingencies 2 and 7 of the DWROG Emergency Procedures Guidelines (EPGs) into step 3.3.6 of River Bend's EOP-0001, Revision 1. It seems that the two contingencies have different actions for similar conditions and both contingences have not been adequately incorporated into this step. Provide justification for the approach proposod including the most current approved revison of E0P-0001 and other procedures referenced by EOP-0001 necessary to evaluate the incorporation of Contigencies 2 and 7 into E07-0001.

Any proposed changes to these procedures should also be provided.
