,;,jirv Attached is one copy each of two sets of revision pages for in-corporation into the Commission's copy of the Fort Calhoun Station Unit No.1, Ten Year In-service Inspection (ISI) Plan.
The changes on pages 146, 187, 191, and 193 are the result of ISI examination credit taken on inspections performed to satisfy the re-quirements of IE Bulletin 79-17. This eliminates duplication of efforts and maintains the appropriate number of weld examinations to be con-ducted each ten years.
The changes on pages 168, 179, 188, 189, Figures B-33, B-37, B-39, B-40, C-56, C-58, and C-61 account for errors in the location and/or number of welds on a given piping system as determined by field survey. Changes on pages B-32 and B-42 correct errors in listed calibration blocks for use in the examinations of these piping systems. The changes on page 173, Figures A-1, B-22a, and B-43 in-corporate information obtained during the 1980 refueling outage.
