NNECO is a subsidiary of Northeast Stilitie which operates Millstone Nuclear PowerStation/ Units 1,2,and3.J has claimed f was discriminated against by NEC and NNECO because L. had repo'rted safety concerns to the NRC when working at Millstone til in 1985 fnr Butler Services Group under the tutelage of a Stone & Webster Engineering Corporation (SWEC) supervisor.
