Please provide an extension to our recent route approval dated December 9, 1980.
We plan to ship four casks model SS/23, certificate No.
USA /6032/B(M)FT.
The casks will contain MTR fuel elements and will be imported against license No. ISNM 1651.

Escorts, as required by 10 CFR, 73.37, will be provided for at I
each port of call and while the vessel is in U.S. waters.
