NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-313/92-13; 50-360/92-13
This refers to the inspection conducted by Ms. L
J. Smith, and the inspectors
identified in the attached report, of this office on October 25 through
December 5, 1992. The inspection included a review of activities authorized
for your Arkansas Nuclear One, Units 1 and 2, facility.
At the conclusion of
the inspection, the findings were discussed with those members of your staff
identified in the enclosed report.
Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report.
Within
these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examination of procedures
and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations of the
activities in progress.
In accordance with 10 CFR Part 2.790 of the NRC's " General Statement of Policy
and Procedure for NRC Enforcement Actions," a copy of this letter and its
enclosures will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
