s. Ituelear Regulatory Commission with information that a landfill owned by skulkill Metal Corporation may have been accepting radioactive waste which had contaminated the ground water in the Forest City area.

An evaluation of these issues will be conducted which I anticipate will taPo a minimum of ninety days to complete.

The review may include the participation of Skuilkill Metal Corporation to resolve the issues, liowever, any information provided to them will be done without identifying you as the source of our information and their response will be subject to our audit.

I will inform you of the results upon completion of the reviews.
