request relative to Parts 25 and 95 has been referred to the Division of Security for responu.

i You are hereby granted an extension to the exemption until January 30, 1931, for submittal of a physical protection plan to met the requirements of tha Wl Upgrade Rule (10 CFR 73). No further extension of this requirernent will be f.ig approved. In the event that you heve formula quantities of SHM on hand g subsequent to January 30, 1981, a plan must be submitted outlining the W increased protective measures you propose to meet the requiremntstof the Upgrade Rule. Such a plan must be submitted to arrive at this office by January 31, I?81.

In regard to the forogoings our letter of August 18, 1980, pointed out that in view of the existing situation at your facility your revised plan need t--&
