Dear Mr. Pilant:

On February 4, 1951, NRC contractcr personnel, met with Mr. J. Sayer of your staff to discuss the environmdatal monitoring data for the Cooper Station.

As a resuit of information provided at the meeting, we have prepared an updated list cf mate-iels needed for assessment of' impacts of operation of the Cooper Station on th: Missouri P.iver aquatic biota. We have included a copy of the list and rec,uest that.you provide directly to the contractor, Environmer tal Science and Engineering (ESE), a copy of the items which you have available or have access to.

The receipt of the list materials will greatly aid the review of the environ-riental m:nitoring programs which you have carried out since the commencement of operation of the Cooper Station.
