Dear Mr. Weiss:
This is in response to your letter dated March 5, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), a copy of the TMI Emergency Evacuation Plan.
This confirms the information relayed in your telephone conversation with Dr. Robert Bores, Region I, in which you narrowed the scope of your request to only those records listed on the enclosed appendices. '
Appendix A identifies a document which is being made available for your inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR),1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555.
The document will be filed in PDR folder F01A-85-162 under your name. Appendix B identifies documents which the NRC had already made publicly available at the PDR.
We are enclosing a copy of a notice that provides charges and procedures for obtaining copies of records from the PDR.
