Semiinnual Radiological Effluent Release Report Revision Gentlemen This -letter provides two revised pages for-the Semiannual Radiological Effluent Release Report submitted on August 28. 1992 by the reference.. This-revision is necessary to correct an error in the ' Solid Vaste < Shipments' section of the report.
This error was recognized when:the vendor that had processed two shipments of-solid waste from the Wolf = Creek Generating' Station-(WCGS) notified WCGS Health Physics personnel that an error had been made in determining the actual volume of waste received from WCGS._ Waste from anotherl facility had been~1ncluded in the totals. reported to WCGS.
