The associated proposed interim rule was published in The Federal Recister on October 2,1000.
Scbseouent to the issuance of SECY E0-107, a substantial arcunt of additional work has been performed on this issue with erphasis on ice cordensers. Vith respect to ice condensers, and specifically Seouoyah, the Corrission has decided that the matter of hydrocen control for degraded core accidents in plants with sna11 containments reeds to be resolved in the near term, i.e.,
the resolution should not be deferred to rulemakinc..
