Your basis for the request was stated in the enclosed Westinghcuse r
Electric Corporation letter to tir. Harold Ocnton dated November 24, 1930 and its accompanying affidavit by E. J. Barsness.
We have examined the data and have approved your request. The infon.:ation is required for our safety review of your application for a license tc operate the
' Zing.cr Nuclear Power Station, similar inforuation has been withhold fro:n public disclosure on previous applications, disclosure of the infonoation is not required in the public interest nor by 10 CFR, Part 9, and therefore will be withheld from public disclosure per 10 CFR, Part 2, Section 2.790(b).
Withhold-ing from public disclosure shall not affect the right, if any, of persons prcper-ly and directly concerned to inspect the data.
