This report of degraded Reactor Coolant System flew is beine, submitted at the re:;uest of the DVPS NRC Resident Inspector, Mr. D. A.

With the reactor shutdown at approximately 100F and atmospheric pressure, at-1625 hours on 'farch 5, 1951, the Residual !! eat Removal low flow alarm was actuated accompanied by low running current on the 1B rump.

System flow was about 500 gpm.

The RHR System was vented and the l'eactor Cnolant piping was refilled to approxir.utely G5%. Munaal RiiR fivw was re.;tored at J936 hours.

There were no adverse effects en the Reactor Coolant System as a result of this inc1:! cat.

Subcooled conditions were maintained la the reactor throu.zhout the incident since the na::imum te:..perature titroughout was 1.63F.
