(C) ANPP-32380, dated April 12, 1985 (Time Extension)
Dear Sir:
The NRC was notified of a potentially reportable deficiency in Refer-ence (A), an Interim Report was transmitted by Reference (B), and a Time Extension was requested in Reference (C). At that time it was estimated that a Final Report would be available by May 15, 1985.
As stated in the meeting held with the NRC on March 21, 1985, this condition has been evaluated as having no safety significance.
Presently, the ANPP is finalizing the information to be included in the Final Report which it expects to submit for the NRC's information by June 14, 1985.
