Albright College Docket No. 70-1251 Reading, Pennsylvania 19604 License No. SNM-1195 Based on the results of an NRC inspection conducted on February 20, 1980, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in full compliance with the conditions of your NRC license as indicated below:
Condition 13B of your license requires that records of leak tests of your sealed sources be maintained for inspection by the Commission.
Contrary to this requirement, on February 20, 1980, records of the leak tests conducted on your Pu-Be neutron sources were not available for inspection.
This item is a deficiency.
