Dear Mr. McClintock:

This is in reply to your letter of February 27, 1980, regarding an inspection by Mr. C. Rowe of activities under NRS license SNM-1195. We are in full compliance with all terms of our license and the " Rules of Practice". As evidence of this, I enclose copies of our records of leak tests performed regularly on our Pu-Be neutron source.
