License Management Branch 5 March 1980 Division of Fuel Cycle and Material Safety U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission It will be evident from these that each member of the Committee has had many years of experience in all aspects of radiation protection and radio-nuclide manipulation; for most members these years of on-the-job training were supplemented by formal courses, although in Dr. Bowen's case, it was in teaching such a course, not as a student.

7) For a description of the equipment and facilities which will be used, see the enclosed attachment.
8) For a description of the procedures to protect health and minimized danger to life or property, see the enclosed attachment plus the Woods Hole Ocean-ographic Institution "WH0I Isotopes Users Manual".

Attached is our check in the amount of $460 which we understand to be the fee for the renewal of a license in this classification.
